 TX 2000 TIMBER DRYER CONTROLLER

The TX2000 is packed with features that will revolutionize the the timber industry. After listening to the wish list of professional kiln operators, the TX2000 was designed.

FEATURES :

• Uses the most fundamental principle of Dry Bulb and Wet Bulb    temperature measurementsto determine accurately the humidity
• Fully automatic implementation of the Dry and Wet Bulb drying    schedule with respect to the decreasing wood moisture content.
• Drying protocol based on 5 phases- Preheating, Core Heating,    Drying, Conditioning, and Cooling.
• Timber moisture measurement : 4-90% @25ºC
• Dry & Wet Bulb Temperature range : 0 to 99oC
• Target values for each phase of the drying which the controller is     trying to achieve can be viewed by the touch of a button.
• Comes with 4 wood moisture content points.
• Can have 2 sets of Dry and Wet Bulb temperature sensors , one set     in the front and one set at the rear of the dryer.
•  I-button device used as a locking or as a memory device to store or     load drying programs.
• Auto-exclusion of moisture measuring point if it is out of range from     the average value, to prevent false or faulty readings.

  Accessories  supplied :

• Panel  box with roof to be placed into the kiln, provided with 4 MC    measuring points 6m long connection cables(Teflon©) to TX2000    controller.
• 3 sets of 10 electrodes (L=15/25/40 mm) to be placed on wood
• 4 high insulation cables (Teflon®) for connection with electrodes
