MC412 - THE WORLD SMALLEST FULLY AUTOMATIC TIMBER DRYER CONTROLLER
Can operate in fully automatic mode or in semi-automatic mode
Humidity measurement using cellulose plate to measure EMC (Equivalent Moisture
Content which represents the moisture content value of the timber outer face).
Drying divided into 4 phases - Pre-Heating Phase, Core Heating Phase, Drying
Phase and Conditioning Phase.
4 wood moisture measuring points are available
Drying Schedules or Regimes in the automatic mode use the drying gradient set-point
(moisture ration between the core moisture (MC) and surface moisture (EMC) )
to automatically control the room humidity.
Programmed Regimes are virtually set for 50mm timber thickness, the drying gradient
or the drying speed can be varied just by changing this virtual thickness, i.e.
by changing this value to say 30mm will increase the drying speed.
TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS :
4 timber probes inputs
1 temperature probe input & 1 EMC probe input
4 relay outputs (Heater, Dampers, Sprayers, Alarm / End Phase)
